Carbon fiber tube, is made of carbon fiber.composite material pre-immersed in styrene based polyester resin by heating curing pultrusion (twisting). In the process of making, various profiles can be produced through differentmolds, such as: carbon fiber round tubes of different specifications,square tubes of different specifications, sheets of different specifications, and other profiles: 3K can also be packaged in the production process for surface packaging and so on.
Roll wrapped prepreg carbon fiber tubes are constructed using multiple wraps of twill and/or unidirectional fabrics. Rolled tubes are ideal for applications that require the highest bending stiffness and lowest weight, such as automation robotics, telescoping poles, idler rollers, and UAV components. The standard finish is cello-wrapped gloss, but a smooth sanded finish is also available.
