What is carbon fiber sheet?

Let's back to carbon fiber-the raw material of carbon sheet manufacturing. Carbon fiber is usually made from the pyrolysis of polyacrylonitrile material. The current state of polyacrylonitrile molecules is a continuous alignment of long chains. When these long chains are heated under specific conditions, the molecules form side-to-side ladder-like polymers, and wide and narrow graphene sheets form, which merge together to create a single circular filament with about 93 percent carbon content.

The carbon fiber sheet is made of these carbon filaments and resin. First weave the raw silk into cloth, cut it into a suitable size, pre-impregnate it with resin, press it with a machine at high temperature, cool it firmly, and then do the surface treatment. Carbon fiber sheets can reinforce buildings, stick to the surface of products for decoration, and can also be CNC machined into other product parts.
